Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated new team member in the role of Creative Services Manager (Event, Concept, Spatial) (m/f/d) to expand our diverse team of creative directors, strategists, producers and creative community.We’re looking for a Creative Services Manager, someone who thrives on making creative teams successful, projects profitable, and ideas deliverable. This is not a Creative Director role. Instead, you’ll focus on how creative work flows, how teams are staffed, and how projects are evaluated and steered. You’ll sit at the centre of our Creative, Spatial Design, and Content/Media departments and ensure we consistently deliver world-class experiential work.
Your mission:
• make sure projects are the right fit (creatively, financially, and culturally),
• set them up for success with the right people and clear processes,
• and strengthen BRS’s creative DNA through R&D, guidelines, and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Project Evaluation & Set-Up• Qualify new opportunities together with leadership: does this match our creative capabilities, revenue potential, and appetite?
• Scope projects with clarity: define roles, timelines, and creative requirements from day one.
• Keep an eye on risk, margin, and team well-being.
Creative Team Enablement & Staffing
• Work hand-in-hand with Project Staffing to cover creative roles.
• Identify hiring needs early and push recruitment with HR.
• Ensure every creative has what they need to deliver their best output.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback loops.
Creative Operations & Systems
• Build and maintain scalable workflows for ideation, approvals, and delivery.
• Design briefing tools, rituals, and reviews that raise creative standards.
• Remove bottlenecks, streamline communication, and connect disciplines.
Creative DNA & Development
• Drive internal creative R&D, trend scouting, and LAB-style initiatives.
• Capture and codify unique BRS best practices and guidelines.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, learning, and shared creative growth.
Strategy & Growth
• Translate business goals into creative strategies and vice versa.
• Contribute to pitch processes and client conversations.
• Help shape the long-term evolution of BRS’s creative capabilities.
