Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Creative Manager to join our dynamic team. At BRS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our creative ecosystem. Working closely with our Creative Direction, Spatial Design, and Digital Storytelling units, you’ll ensure that our creative output is ambitious, future-facing, and seamlessly executed.
This role offers the opportunity to lead strategically and creatively, guiding processes and teams. You will be instrumental in aligning vision, talent, and delivery - and in laying the groundwork for future creative leadership at BRS.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Vision
• Help define and evolve the creative vision across all BRS projects.
• Set high standards for creative storytelling and aesthetic quality.
• Identify trends and lead initiatives that position BRS as an innovation leader.
Team & Collaboration Enablement
• Act as central coordination point between the Spatial Design, Digital Storytelling, and Creative Direction teams.
• Support the structuring, growth, and collaboration of the creative teams.
• Encourage mentorship, peer-learning, and constructive review cycles.
Cross-Disciplinary Integration
• Collaborate closely with production, client service, and strategy teams.
• Create touchpoints and workflows that connect ideation, pitching, and delivery.
• Balance creative ambition with operational clarity and feasibility.
Creative Process & Operational Design
• Build and improve creative processes and briefings across departments.
• Implement tools and rituals for feedback, approvals, and knowledge sharing.
• Establish collaborative spaces (digital or physical) for ideation and exploration.
Innovation & Lab Culture
• Encourage internal R&D efforts and experimental creative work.
• Help translate conceptual ideas into prototypes and scalable offerings.
• Connect learnings from innovation labs to pitch and client work.
Business & Agency Growth
• Support new business efforts by shaping creative approaches in pitches.
• Contribute to the evolution of BRS’ creative offerings.
• Work with leadership to identify and recruit outstanding creative talent.
